HALSEY HALL ROOM

Named for the legendary Minnesota writer and broadcaster, Halsey Hall, it’s a unique meeting space just inside the loading dock of the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome.  It has multiple audio/visual capabilities, attached restrooms and complimentary parking (except during Vikings games) for all guests just outside the door.  The Halsey Hall Room is a perfect space for meetings, banquets and cocktail receptions.

FOOTBALL PRESS BOX

The football press box is located directly above the 50-yard line at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome and has excellent views of the entire field. It features “press rows” of seating facing the field. End your Metrodome tour or meeting with a meal in the football press box.  Showcase your presentation on the Metrodome’s massive big screen video boards while seated in the press box.

BASEBALL PRESS BOX

The view from the baseball press box is centered on home plate when the field is in the baseball configuration, or at the corner of a Vikings end zone in the football configuration. The infamous “We’ll see you tomorrow night!” call was made during the World Series from this very spot.  It provides you another option to entertain guests following a tour or meeting, or for small college and high school sporting events.

OUTDOOR PICNIC AREA

Fresh grilled brats and burgers on a warm afternoon….you can’t beat it!  Host a pre-game party for a Twins or Golden Gopher football/baseball game in this space, park in the big lot and make your way over to the stadium.  Or, hold a meeting in the Halsey Hall Room and break for lunch outdoors.  The picnic area is located across from Gate D, and has restroom facilities on site.  A big space for big ideas.  Why not bring a band?

Skirted banquet tables for registration tables/gift tables and staging are available. Audio capabilities are also available.

VISITING TEAM LOCKER ROOM #1

This locker room is the visiting NFL team locker room.  Decorated in tones of maroon and tan, open pale wood lockers line the outer edges of the room.  This room is long and is best suited for banquets and a party setting, or smaller meeting spaces facing the speaker.  Birthdays, fantasy sports draft parties and team building meetings would be winners in the locker room areas.

GOLDEN GOPHER BASEBALL CLUB HOUSE

If these walls could talk!  This locker room was the MN Twins’ clubhouse for their seasons at the Metrodome, including their World Championships in 1987 and 1991.  Now, it’s the home to the University of Minnesota baseball team.  Decorated in muted red and gold, the main entrance is a smaller room with two walls of mirrors.  Perfect for project displays or a cocktail bar set up.   The main locker room has individual lockers surrounding the exterior of the room.

Room Dimensions:  Outer room size: 18’x22’ with two floor-to-ceiling mirrored-tiled walls – nice space for beverage set-up or corporate displays; main locker room is 16’x62’

VISITING TEAM LOCKER ROOM #2

This locker room space used to house MLB visiting teams and NCAA Final Four basketball tournament teams.  Now it is primarily used for the Vikings cheerleaders and our small college and high school football events.  Wire lockers surround the room, which has a utilitarian feel with white walls and blue accents.   Take a tour of the Metrodome, or enjoy roller-skating at the Rollerdome events during the cold months, then have a private luncheon in on our locker rooms to finish off the day.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS LOCKER ROOM

Rough and rugged Minnesota Vikings players have had glory and agony in this locker room for more than 28 years.  Dark wood paneled lockers on gold walls and purple carpet are the mainstays in this locker room.  No frills, but you know winners have walked these floors for years.  A great space for fantasy football drafts, end of the year sports team dinners, or as a last stop on your Mall of America Field tour at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome with a luncheon.
