“Mall of America Field at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome” is the home of the Minnesota Vikings.
The Vikings have played their home games at the Metrodome since 1982. Prior to that time, the team called Metropolitan Stadium in Bloomington, Minnesota home. They joined the National Football League as an expansion team in 1960. The “Mall of America” is now located on the former site of Metropolitan Stadium.
